Curtis Warren, affectionately known as Brother Curtis, is a dynamic Male Empowerment Coach, Group Facilitator, and Co-Founder of the transformative Brothers Helping Brothers program. With a passion for self-discovery, personal growth, and healing, Brother Curtis has dedicated his life to empowering men to overcome challenges and step into their full potential.
Brother Curtis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology from Bowie State University and a Master of Science in Addictions Counseling from Coppin State University. His credentials also include certifications as a Facilitator of the Alternatives to Violence Program (AVP) and a Certified Abuse Intervention Specialist, equipping him with tools to help men navigate personal and relational transformation.
At the heart of Brothers Helping Brothers, Brother Curtis has played a pivotal role in creating a safe, supportive space for men to deconstruct harmful patterns, address cultural and social stereotypes, and foster emotional and spiritual wellness. His work emphasizes building accountability, cultivating resilience, and fostering community healing.
In addition to his work with Brothers Helping Brothers, Brother Curtis serves as a Group Facilitator and Teacher at the TNAT Holistic Wellness Center, where he focuses on the Healing of Racism and supporting veterans through the Veterans Journey Home initiative. His extensive community involvement includes active participation in the Urban Peace and Justice Movement in Pittsburgh, PA, and his role as a member of the NOI “Dope Busters” street patrol initiative.

His mission is to help men from all backgrounds step into leadership roles within their families, communities, and personal lives.
